All participants must sign up in boater/co-angler pairs. If one angler drops out, registration may be nullified.

Having acquainted myself with the rules, I have completed this application and submit it for my entry into the selected tournament. In signing this application, I hereby agree to be bound by and comply with all Tournament rules and regulations. I expressly assume all risks associated with the Tournament and hereby release the W.B.F., TBF, MLF and all sponsors and tournament officials from all claims of injury and/or damage incurred in connection with this tournament. I further understand and agree that the Tournament Committee reserves the right to reject my application for any reason. In submitting my completed entry form, i understand that I am opting in to receive tournament related text messages and may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting the tournament director directly. I am currently a member in good standing with the W.B.F. Information provided on this form will be used exclusively for WBF communications and will not be shared with any third parties.
