The following policy outlines the types of information that BassFederation.com (“BassFederation”) gathers from users and the way that the information is used.
The information that BassFederation.com collects from users falls into three general categories:
- Information You Provide to Us; “TBF” or our state federation affiliates may collect and store information, personal or otherwise, that users voluntarily supply to “TBF” on the BassFederation.com site, via e-mail or text or in any other way. Some examples of this type of information include the information that is submitted (such as name or e-mail address) Phone numbers when users register or opt into our membership program, event communication via text messages or from surveys, sweepstakes or contests, information that users may post on any future message boards, and information contained in search requests or questions users submit to the site. If a user declines to supply or provide us with certain information, “TBF” may not be able to provide that user with some services that are dependent on the collection of this information. However, it is always the members CHOICE to opt in or opt out.
- Information that is Automatically Collected; “TBF” also collects and stores information that is generated automatically as users navigate through the BassFederation.com site.
